About Silkpay

Located in Paris, Silkpay is a fintech company, partner of Alipay and WeChat (Chinese e-wallets), Silkpay offers in-store, in-app and online mobile payment services in France and Europe. We also offer marketing and communication services in Chinese social networks allowing merchants to attract and sell to Chinese customers.

Launched in July 2017, we already have customers in France, Spain and Italy and we have processed millions of euros of transactions via our system. Silkpay has just made a first fundraiser with well-known business angels who value the company at several million euros.

Our sales department:

Silkpay is a young company with a promising future! The aim of our sales department today is to raise awareness among European merchants about adopting Chinese mobile payment and digital marketing solutions and to bring complete satisfaction to our partners and customers regarding the use of our services.

To expand our sales team, we recruit a large accounts business developer/manager. Your first mission will be to help Silkpay rise to the ranks of European market leaders and, of course, to increase our client portfolio.

Your missions

  • Define and implement the business strategy and action plans to achieve the objectives in line with the objectives set out by the management

  • Lead and animate all sales teams: sales forces, key accounts, sales support

  • Drive business activity: track business results, verify objectives and define corrective actions if necessary

  • Put in place the necessary methods to achieve the objectives set by the management

Conditions

  • You justify at least one successful experience in an equivalent position in a large company, a startup or also in a consulting firm.

  • You have completed an academic or business school course with a commercial specialisation (Bac+ 4/5)

  • Your first language is French and you are fluent in English (knowing Chinese would be a plus).

Your profile

  • A business degree (Bac+ 4/5)

  • Confirmed experience in commercial team negotiation and management
