Via Silkpay Backoffice, the customer can create payment links securely in just a few steps in order to send them to his customers:
- The merchant chooses PayByLink from the menu
- The merchant fills out the Pay By Link creation form
- The payment link is created and ready to be sent to the customer via the channel of your choice
The merchant opens his Silkpay app, fills in the amount, and clicks on PayBylink, he is then invited to fill in the customer's email and the payment method.
- The payment link is generated, he can then copy it or send it automatically to his customer. The generated Pay-By-Link is valid until the customer pays. Once the transaction is confirmed, the merchant can view it on his transaction history
