About Silkpay

Located in Paris, Silkpay is a fintech company, partner of Alipay and WeChat (Chinese e-wallets), Silkpay offers in-store, in-app and online mobile payment services in France and Europe. We also offer marketing and communication services in Chinese social networks allowing merchants to attract and sell to Chinese customers.

Launched in July 2017, we already have customers in France, Spain and Italy and we have processed millions of euros of transactions via our system. Silkpay has just made a first fundraiser with well-known business angels who value the company at several million euros.

Our sales department:

Silkpay is a young company with a promising future! The aim of our sales department today is to raise awareness among European merchants about adopting Chinese mobile payment and digital marketing solutions and to bring complete satisfaction to our partners and customers regarding the use of our services.

To expand our sales team, we recruit a large accounts business developer/manager. Your first mission will be to help Silkpay rise to the ranks of European market leaders and, of course, to increase our client portfolio.

Your missions

  • Identify leads and convert them into customers.

  • Promote Silkpay's solutions to key decision makers while not hesitating to be creative!

  • Talk about Silkpay’s solutions at meetings, webinars and conferences in Europe.

  • Manage a portfolio of merchants and ensure the satisfaction of current partners.

  • Track Silkpay's relationship with partners.

  • Taking charge of customer training and sharing the best practices.

Conditions

  • You have at least 2 years of business development experience in a large company, a startup or also a consulting firm.

  • You have completed an academic or business school course with sales/commerce specialization (Bac+ 4/5)

  • Your first language is French and you are fluent in English (knowing Chinese would be a plus).

Your profile

  • You have the commercial mindset and are very comfortable in social relations.

  • You know how to be proactive and you find solutions to the problems you encounter.

  • You know how to build a network and maintain long-term connections.

  • You have excellent oral and written communication (in French and English).

  • You have a strong interest in the Chinese market.

  • A first experience in the payment or fintech industry would be highly appreciated.
