About Silkpay

Located in Paris, Silkpay is a fintech company, partner of Alipay and WeChat (Chinese e-wallets), Silkpay offers in-store, in-app and online mobile payment services in France and Europe. We also offer marketing and communication services in Chinese social networks allowing merchants to attract and sell to Chinese customers.

Launched in July 2017, we already have customers in France, Spain and Italy and we have processed millions of euros of transactions via our system. Silkpay has just made a first fundraiser with well-known business angels who value the company at several million euros.

Your missions

ONBOARDING MERCHANTS:

  • Collect all KYC documents to start opening our merchants' payment accounts.

  • Analyze KYC documents and ensure they meet the standards set by company management.

  • Exchange daily by phone and email with our merchants and bank providers in order to complete the opening of merchant accounts.

  • Update the various dashboards and tracking tools developed by the company's management.

  • Recover all the problems observed and make recommendations to the management.

SERVICE

  • Answer merchants' questions by phone and email;

  • Accompany our merchants in solving any problems they will encounter;

  • Train merchants on our solutions.

SUPPORT

  • Collaborate and assist other departments of the company in their day-to-day tasks;

Conditions

  • You justify at least one successful experience in an equivalent position in a large company, a startup or also in a consulting firm.

  • You have completed an academic or business school course with a commercial specialisation (Bac+ 4/5)

  • Your first language is French and you are fluent in English (knowing Chinese would be a plus).

Your profile

  • Structured and organized.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Meticulous and have an eye for details.

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and accurately on technical and complex topics.

  • You master Microsoft Office Suite (Especially word and Excel).

  • Open, proactive and able to work in an international (Chinese) team.

  • Analytical nature and ability to solve problems effectively.

  • Being familiar with the WORLD of KYC could be seen as a strong advantage.

  • A first experience in administrative management including the handling of legal corporate documents (Kbis, Statutes, etc.) could be considered a strong advantage.

  • English spoken and written fluently. Speaking and writing Chinese or a third European language will be seen as a strong advantage.

  • You have a bachelor's degree (or BTS in secretariat).
